Dear Customer,
On Thursday December 23, 2021 we will be replacing an older switch with a new one to add additional switching capacity. This replacement should occur sometime between the hours of 1am and 3am Pacific Standard time.
We anticipate the downtime to be between 3 and 5 minutes. There is nothing that you must do on your site and everything will return to normal on its own once the switch has been replaced.
